2008 – Corey Lile purchased controlling interest of Security Insurance Underwriters and renamed OccuSure Workers’ Compensation Specialists

2007 – Larisa Hensiek and Ron Johnston joined OccuSure Claims Services as partners and key managers allowing OccuSure to obtain additional claims contracts with national carriers.

2006 – OccuSure Claims Services was formed with healthcare entrepreneur Richard M. Rehm, M.D. Operating on proven early intervention claims and medical management processes, Dr. Rehm built managed care elite, Concentra, OccuSure Claims Services and established claims handling processes and procedures for business underwritten by Security Insurance Underwriters.

1999 – Corey Lile founded Security Insurance Underwriters as a specialty workers’ compensation underwriting and brokerage company.
